Our booking was made through a tour operator, with the intentions of us staying at the hotel indraprastha varkala "Indra" for three days. We were met at the train station and taken to a different hotel, the Sky Lounge Resort, on questioning the travel agent they gave us the option to go to look at the Indra and choose which of the two we preferred. We went to the Indra, and we shocked at the state of it; there was no receptionist, just a phone number to call which was not answered, and a disgruntled security officer met us and showed us around. On checking it, it was shocking, filthy, unhygienic, and pool like a slurry pit. The bed linen was dirty, glass doors and lift were covered in dirty hand marks, we have stayed in some rough places at times and this beats them all. Think twice before booking. The Sky Lounge Resort was fantastic, so that's where we ended up.

It is worst hotel. The staff attitude is highly rude. No businesses ethics. No service, no hot water, room condition is not good, mosquito inside room, No restaurant, no driver staying facilities. Staff behaviour is highly irritating, irresponsible. I will give only 0.0001 star. No pillow cover, bedsheet are dirty. Telephone was not working.

I never experience such a bad attitude and ambiance,I have booked room with OYO and when we reached from the way entrance to the parking too much rush and even cannot park my car.The rush is because of the low class bar in the property.Just seems like a market place and very rude attitude from Staff also.Very worst experience,

Breakfast is disgusting, the dining room smells so bad that it was impossible to even walk in. Cleaness: coherent with indian standard, meaning very low. In 4 days they never cleaned the room nor changed the towels and I had to buy toilet paper in the store in front of it because I was sick of asking the staff Position: 5 minutes from the beach, the room on the street are noisy Shower: hot water is an optional, sometimes it works sometimes not Air cond / Wifi: working Pool: I don't even bother commenting.. No beds near by, nor a place to lay down and the cleaness of the water... up to your imagination Staff: all men, they were actually always nice
